Fixology Ltd ("Fixology", "we") is a company registered in england and wales, company number 13841533. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Questions about it go to info@fixology.co.uk.
What we collect and why
When you send a project brief or contact us
Your name, work email, and if you give them, your phone number, company name and what you tell us about your project, plus the page you sent it from. We use this only to reply to you and discuss your project. We do not add you to a marketing list and we never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
To protect the form from abuse we also record the IP address and browser type the brief was sent from.
Analytics and advertising cookies, only if you accept them
If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you arrived and the type of device you use, so we can see which pages help people. Nothing loads until you choose, and you can change your mind at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Who we share it with
A small number of suppliers process data for us under contract and cannot use it for their own purposes:

Where data is transferred outside the UK it is protected by an adequacy decision or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Briefs and enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for six years after the end of a contract, as the law requires. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email info@fixology.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
